BLADES
AEB-L is a premium knife steel with an exceptional balance between hardness and toughness.

flexible and forgiving, with a low risk of chipping

excellent for stropping — thanks to its fine microstructure it can be brought back to razor sharpness very quickly

easy to maintain using only a strop; no complex sharpening techniques required

AEB-L is ideal for everyday use due to how easily it can be kept sharp through regular stropping.
For our exclusive knives, we use Damasteel, a Swedish steel manufacturer specializing in stainless Damascus steel produced through powder metallurgy.
